Why does theagency47 publish all prices upfront?
Public pricing eliminates discovery friction. Most agencies use "contact for pricing" as a qualification gate. We publish eight tiers, Spark €2,500, Workforce Starter €7,500, Workforce Pro €15,000, Enterprise €20,000+, plus four monthly retainers €500 to €5,000+, so prospects can self-qualify in 90 seconds. If a tier does not fit, we say so on the discovery call. We do not invent custom pricing to capture revenue. For the broader market context (SaaS vs agency vs in-house), see our cost guide.
What is included in the price?
Discovery, spec, custom training, integrations, evals, deployment, team training, KPI dashboard, post-launch support, full source ownership. Claude API usage is pass-through. Third-party tool licenses you may need (Apollo, Cal.com etc.) are separate.
What is the difference between project and retainer?
Projects are one-time fixed-price builds. Retainers are monthly recurring for ongoing optimization, health checks, and new agents on a cadence. Most clients start with a project, then convert to a retainer at month 2, with 50% of project fee crediting toward the first three retainer months.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, on Workforce Starter and above. If the deployed agents do not match the signed spec within 14 days of launch, we refund 100%. Spark does not carry the guarantee (scope too small to refund meaningfully) but credits fully to a Workforce Starter within 30 days.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Three add-ons are disclosed up-front: (1) Claude API usage (~€20–€500/month per agent), (2) any third-party SaaS subscriptions your integrations need, (3) scope changes after spec sign-off, quoted transparently as add-ons or next-month work.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. We are a delivery agency, not a venture firm.
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer (SEPA, SWIFT). Card payment available for retainers under €1,200/month. All invoices are EU VAT-compliant.
