What is Estia?
Estia is an AI assistant for the running of a family home. Parents message it the way they'd message each other: a photo of the fridge or a receipt, a voice note, or an email forwarded to the family's own Estia address. Estia turns that into a shared shopping list that learns from the family's delivery and supermarket orders, a school schedule with payment reminders, and a bill tracker with due-date reminders. It also plans meals, keeps everyone's calendar in step, reminds you about home maintenance, answers the home's own phone number and reads the family's smart devices. Every morning it sends one summary to the whole family. It gets bills ready to pay in one tap, and never switches anything in the home.

Questions about Estia
Which apps does Estia work with?
WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, plus a simple web app you can add to your phone's home screen. There's no app to download from a store.
Can Estia learn from our Wolt or supermarket orders?
Yes. Set your delivery app or supermarket e-shop to forward its order emails to your family's Estia address. Estia learns what you buy and how often, and tells you before something runs out. It keeps only the item, quantity and date, never addresses or payment details, and any adult can leave an order out.
Does Estia read my email?
Only if you want it to. Each adult can connect their own inbox and choose which emails Estia may read, such as the school or the power company. Or keep it simple: your family gets its own Estia email address, and you forward only what you want it to see.
Can Estia pay bills for me?
Estia gets every bill ready to pay. It finds the amount, the due date and the payment code, and sends you a "Pay now" link that opens your own bank or the provider's page with everything filled in. You confirm with one tap. Estia never holds your money or your bank passwords.
Where is our data stored?
Data is stored in the EU, but processing by the AI models may happen outside the EU. Estia isn't trained on your family's data.
What does Estia know about our children?
Only what it needs for schedules and reminders. No national ID numbers, no grades. Health info such as allergies is collected only with explicit consent.
Can we leave and take our data with us?
Yes. Delete or export everything in one click.
Can we call Estia?
Yes. Each home gets its own phone number. Call it and Estia answers, in your language, with the same memory as your chats.
Will Estia control devices in our home?
No. Estia only reads the smart devices you already set up yourself, such as a water heater, lights or a door camera. It tells you what happened and reminds you; it never switches anything on or off.
