Spark is the only tier without a money-back guarantee — its scope is too small to refund meaningfully. If we determine post-discovery that your task doesn't fit Spark, we refund deposit minus discovery cost (€500).

Why is Spark cheaper than other tiers?

Can I scale to Workforce Starter after Spark?
Yes. The Spark fee (€2,500) credits in full toward a Workforce Starter (€7,500) if you upgrade within 30 days.
What if my task is more complex than Spark scope?
We'll tell you during discovery. We don't take Spark projects we can't deliver well in 14 days. If your scope is bigger, we'll quote Workforce Starter.
Do I need technical expertise on my side?
No. You provide subject-matter input (what good output looks like, what data to access). We handle all the technical work.
