Can I move from project to retainer?
Yes. 50% of your project fee credits the first three months of any retainer plan, if you switch within 30 days of deployment.
What if my scope grows mid-project?
Scope creep is handled transparently. If we identify additional work mid-build, we'll quote it as either an add-on, a separate next-month sprint, or as part of an upgraded tier. You decide.
Are payments project-based or recurring?
Projects: 50% deposit at signing, 50% on deployment. Retainers: monthly recurring with 10% discount on annual prepay.
Do you take equity instead of cash?
No. We're a delivery agency, not a venture firm.
What's not included in any project?
Tools and software licenses (Claude API usage is passed through at cost on retainers, charged separately on projects), data cleanup beyond what's reasonable, and changes to scope after spec sign-off. All clearly enumerated in the engagement contract.
