Why is the audit paid when the discovery call is free?
The discovery call is a fit-check (30 minutes, no preparation on our side). The audit is a real working session, process mapping, candidate agents, ROI math, written deliverable. €297 reflects 2–4 hours of senior time. The fee filters out unfocused inquiries and credits back fully if you proceed.
What if I decide not to proceed with a project?
You keep the written report. The work is useful for vendor selection, internal alignment, or your own planning, even if we are not the right fit.
Can the audit be done remotely?
Yes. Default is a video call. On-site audits in EU are available as a custom add-on (travel charged at cost).
How is the invoice paid?
Stripe Payment Link sent in our reply email. Card or bank transfer. Paid before the call is booked.
